My mom came into town and was frazzled after travel, a long day and was certain she wouldn’t sleep well in a new place right away. I made a cup of this tea and she sipped it slowly by the candle light and came out of her room 12 hours later shocked that she slept SOLID through the night she didn’t remember the last time she had such delicious sleep!!! Hectic travel not required, we alllll love it! Great to have on hand as a relaxing evening ritual with guests!!
