It unfolds, and the instructions for unfolding it come on the scroll itself. Most people read theirs, then fold it back up and keep it.

Four loose botanicals - mullein (15g), blue lotus (15g), rose petals (25g) and chamomile (30g) - alongside two crystals, both approximately 7cm: a green aventurine and a rose quartz. Plus a Nag Champa incense stick and your mantra star, all gathered in a green organza bag.

Not individually, no - the loose botanicals, the crystals and the mantra star are put together for this set only. It's the one place in the range you'll find them.

Blend your own cup. Everything here is torn into large chunks by hand rather than milled, so the petals stay intact and you get flowers in the pot rather than dust at the bottom of it.

Start with a teaspoon of any one of them, or build your own combination - rose and chamomile is the gentle place to begin.
