Questions, answered

When should I take it?

Two moments suit it best: around 30 minutes before meditation, or in the last quiet half-hour before bed. It's built for the end of things rather than the middle.

Up to 15 drops in a small glass of water, or stirred straight into your evening cup.

Does it really turn the water blue?

It does, and it's worth doing in a clear glass. The tincture is a deep blue-violet, and it blooms through the water as it goes in - butterfly pea and blue lotus between them.

No colourings, no preservatives, nothing synthetic. Just what the flowers give up. Watching it is half the ritual.

Does it contain alcohol?

Yes - a traditional alcohol extraction, as tinctures have been made for centuries. At 15 drops in a glass of water the amount is very small, but if you avoid alcohol entirely, The Dreamer covers the same hour of the night.

How long does a bottle last?

Taken nightly at the full 15 drops, a 50ml bottle lasts around two months. Kept for meditation evenings only, considerably longer.

Is it suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside anything I already take?

Herbal traditions have always treated pregnancy as its own season, with certain botanicals set aside for it - so it's worth a quick word with your midwife, GP or a qualified herbalist before adding any new blend to your day. The same goes if you already have a routine you're working around.

To make that conversation easy, we print the complete ingredient list on every pouch and every product page. Nothing hidden, nothing vague, no "proprietary blend" - so whoever you ask has the full picture in front of them.
