Complete the Ritual
Before you buy
Questions, answered
Does it contain caffeine?
None at all. The lift here is in the flavour - tart hibiscus, warming ginger, bright rosehips - rather than in a stimulant, so a 4pm cup won't cost you your evening.
What colour does it brew?
A deep, luminous ruby red - one of the most striking cups in the range, and the reason it photographs so well over ice.
Every colour in the cup comes from the plants themselves. No colourings, no fillers, no preservatives, nothing synthetic - just what the flowers, roots and berries give up in hot water.
Every bit of that colour is hibiscus doing what hibiscus does. Nature's magick, nothing added.
Can I drink it iced?
It's arguably at its best iced. Brew hot and pour over ice, or cold-steep a jug in the fridge overnight and strain in the morning - rounder, sweeter, and no cloudiness. One 50g pouch makes up to 60 cups either way.
Do I have to do the guided ritual?
It's complimentary and entirely optional - there if you want the fuller experience, ignorable if you just want a very good cup of tea.
InnerGlow's is the most awake of the set: bright, energising and full of movement, made for mornings and the middle of the day rather than the end of it. Scan the QR code on the pack to find it.
How is this different from an everyday teabag?
Everyday blends are built for uniformity: fine-milled material, mixed by the pallet, and often months on a shelf before it reaches you. This is blended by hand in London, in batches small enough to taste as we go, from whole flowers, roots and berries you can actually see in the pouch.
And every single ingredient is listed - so you always know exactly what's in your cup.
Is it suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside anything I already take?
Herbal traditions have always treated pregnancy as its own season, with certain botanicals set aside for it - so it's worth a quick word with your midwife, GP or a qualified herbalist before adding any new blend to your day. The same goes if you already have a routine you're working around.
To make that conversation easy, we print the complete ingredient list on every pouch and every product page. Nothing hidden, nothing vague, no "proprietary blend" - so whoever you ask has the full picture in front of them.
