That's what a set is for - it turns choosing into discovering. Every pouch lists its ingredients, taste and brew time, so nobody needs any tea knowledge to find their favourite.

They do - each pouch carries a QR code linking to a short guided audio built for that particular blend. Complimentary and entirely optional; a nice thing to find rather than something anyone has to do.

The multi-blend sets cost less than their contents bought individually - The Full Apothecary is £49 against £69 separately, the Ritual Trio £39 against £57. The others gather pieces you can't buy on their own.

Herbal traditions have always treated pregnancy as its own season, with certain botanicals set aside for it - so it's worth a quick word with your midwife, GP or a qualified herbalist before adding any new blend to your day. The same goes if you already have a routine you're working around.

To make that conversation easy, we print the complete ingredient list on every pouch and every product page. Nothing hidden, nothing vague, no "proprietary blend" - so whoever you ask has the full picture in front of them.
