Brewing

1 tsp per cup, freshly boiled water, steep 5–7 minutes. All five also work cold-steeped overnight.

Does it come gift wrapped?

Yes - this one arrives in gift-ready packaging as standard, wrapped and finished by hand before it leaves us. There's no need to add the gift wrapping option on top; it's already included in the price.

If you're sending it straight to someone, it will land looking like a present without you doing anything further.

Is it better value than buying the blends separately?

Considerably. Bought individually the five pouches come to £69; as a set it's £49 - and the gift packaging is included rather than added.

What if they don't know anything about tea?

That's exactly who it's for. Five blends means finding a favourite by discovery rather than guesswork, and every pouch lists its ingredients, taste and brew time in plain English. No prior knowledge required.

Do the guided rituals come with it?

They do - each pouch carries its own QR code, and each ritual is built for that particular blend: calming for Sleep & Reset, energising for InnerGlow, grounding for Tummy Tea, cleansing for Spice & Roots, and pure wordless audio for The Dreamer.

All complimentary, all optional. A nice thing to discover in a gift rather than a homework assignment.

Will the colours really look like that?

They will - ruby from InnerGlow, indigo from The Dreamer, gold and amber through the middle of the set. Opening five very different-looking cups is a large part of the pleasure.

Every colour in the cup comes from the plants themselves. No colourings, no fillers, no preservatives, nothing synthetic - just what the flowers, roots and berries give up in hot water.

Is it suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside anything I already take?

Herbal traditions have always treated pregnancy as its own season, with certain botanicals set aside for it - so it's worth a quick word with your midwife, GP or a qualified herbalist before adding any new blend to your day. The same goes if you already have a routine you're working around.
